INGREDIENTS
6cl El Paseo Del Ron
1cl Demerara Simple Syrup
4 Dashes
Angostura Bitter
+ Ice
+ Orange peel
DEMERARA SIMPLE SYRUP
Add equal parts of demerara sugar and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place a large ice cube into a lowball glass
2. Add El Paseo Del Ron, demerara simple syrup and Angostura Bitter and stir until well-chilled
3. Garnish with an orange peel
