INGREDIENTS

5cl El Paseo Del Ron

3cl Orange Liqueur

3cl Limejuice

1c Demerara Simple Syrup

+ Ice

+ Orange peel

DEMERARA SIMPLE SYRUP

Add equal parts of demerara sugar and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved.

1. Pour El Paseo Del Ron, orange liqueur, limejuice and demerara simple syrup into a shaker

2. Fill with ice and shake until the drink is cold

3. Strain the drink into a cold cocktailglass and garnish with an orange peel
