INGREDIENTS
5cl El Paseo Del Ron
6cl Pineapple juice
3cl Coconut Water
2cl Limejuice
2cl Pineapple Simple Syrup
6cl Soda Water
PINEAPPLE SIMPLE SYRUP
Add equal parts of demerara sugar and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add freshly chopped pineapple, lower the heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Strain the syrup and press the pineapple to get as much flavour as possible.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add El Paseo Del Ron, pineapplejuice, coconut water, limejuice and pineapple simple syrup to a highball glass
2. Stir well and add ice
3. Top with soda water
