INGREDIENTS
5cl El Paseo Del Ron
6cl Pineapple juice
3cl Coconut Water
2cl Limejuice
2cl Pineapple Simple Syrup
6cl Soda Water
PINEAPPLE SIMPLE SYRUP
Combine equal parts demerara sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chopped pineapple, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and press the pineapple to extract maximum flavour.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add El Paseo Del Ron, pineapplejuice, coconut water, limejuice and pineapple simple syrup to a highball glass
2. Stir well and add ice
3. Top with soda water
