INGREDIENTS
5cl No.1 Strawberry Dry Gin
3cl Lime juice
3cl Strawberry simple syrup
2cl Egg white
+ Lime slice
+ Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour No.1 Dry Gin Strawberry, lime juice, sugar syrup, strawberry simple syrup and egg white into a shaker
2. Shake really well
3. Top up with ice and shake again so the drink is nice and cold
4. Strain into a glass and garnish with a lime slice
