INGREDIENTS

5cl No.1 Strawberry Dry Gin

3cl Lime juice

3cl Strawberry simple sugar syrup

+ Egg whites (1 egg)

+ Lime slice

+ Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour 5cl No.1 Dry Gin Strawberry, 3cl lime juice, 2cl sugar syrup, 1cl strawberry sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker

2. Shake really well

3. Top up with ice and shake again so the drink is nice and cold

4. Strain into a Martini glass
