Strawberry simple sugar syrup

Egg whites (1 egg)

Instructions

Pour 5cl No.1 Dry Gin Strawberry, 3cl lime juice, 2cl sugar syrup, 1cl strawberry sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker

Shake really well
3.
Top up with ice and shake again so the drink is nice and cold

Strain into a Martini glass
