INGREDIENTS

5cl No.1 Vodka Pomegranate

3cl Lemon juice

2cl Simple syrup

+ Egg white

+ Lemon peel

+ Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour No.1 Vodka Pomegranate, lemon juice, simple syrup, pomegranate juice and the egg white from one egg into a shaker

2. Give the cocktail shaker a good shake

3. Top up with ice and shake again so the drink is super cold

4. Strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon
