INGREDIENTS
5cl All About Gin
3cl Lemon juice
2cl Simple syrup
1 Egg whites (1 egg)
+ Lemon peel
+ Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker
2. Shake for approximately 15 seconds
3. Add ice and shake again until the drink is deliciously cold
4. Garnish with a lemon peel
