INGREDIENTS
5cl No.1 Dry Gin Elderflower Citrus
3cl Lemon juice
2cl Simple sugar Syrup
+ Egg white
+ Soda water
+ Lemon peel
+ Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour No.1 Dry Gin Elderflower Citrus, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker
2. Give the mix a good shake for 15 seconds
3. Add ice and shake again so the cocktail is cold
4. Strain into a straight tumbler glass and top with soda water
